Delivery & Returns
Orders are processed Monday to Friday and normally dispatched within 1-2 days.
We ship within the UK and internationally. We are able to hand deliver next day (Monday to Friday) within our local area (including Harpenden, St Albans, Wheathampsted, Redbourn and nearby villages) for free - please request this at checkout. UK delivery is free for orders over £60.

Please note that international orders may be subject to import duties and taxes which are incurred once your order reaches your destination country. Unfortunately, these will be your responsibility to pay if they are applied.
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at email@example.com. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Unfortunately, you will need to cover the cost of return postage.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item, so that we can rectify the issue as soon as possible.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as custom products (e.g. special orders or personalized items). Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for our diffusers due to the flammable liquids which may leak if not packaged correctly. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
The best way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and we will let you know if the refund has been approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund too.
